APARTMENTS IN A 3 FLOORS VILLA WITH 900SQ M OF GARDEN

It is a 3 floors villa but only the first and the second floors are for home holidays. The flat at the  "FIRST FLOOR" has 4 bedrooms, the kitchen, a veranda, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath). The flat at the "SECOND FLOOR" has a bedroom, the kitchen, a wide terrace of 20 sq m, 1 bathroom with shower. The villa is sourounded bya a beautiful GARDEN of  900 squared meters where there are many olive trees , oleanders, hibiscus, magnolias, laurels, fig trees, orange and tangerine trees.In the garden there are also 2 BARBECUES areas.

FACILITIES: Each apartment has a tv-color, a water heater, a gas-cooker, a refrigerator, a water reservoir.

BEACHES: The nearest beach is 8km away from Irgoli. If you want to see the pictures of the beaches you'll find in this Sardinia's area, click on the beaches' map you find in the beaches' page .

SERVICES: Supermarket at 50m | Bank at 100m | Postal office a 300m | Bar a 50m  | Pizzeria-Restauranr at 300m.
The villa is in  IRGOLI, a village famous in all the island for the cold cuts and  for the "murales". Irgoli is at 8km from the Gulf of Orosei 's sea and it is in a central position between important resorts like Orosei, Dorgali and Cala Gonone (Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu),  Siniscola (La Caletta, Santa Lucia) Budoni (Cala Brandinchi), San Teodoro (La Cinta), Oliena. Irgoli is 8Km away from the sea. If you're a climber and you're interested to the Cala Gonone's crags, Irgoli is a good place where to stay beeing  not far from Dorgali (20/25 min. by car ).
